These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grabvape.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Storm Chase Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY — WHOLESALE ONLY

This Site is exclusively for licensed wholesale buyers (B2B). To purchase from Grabvape.com, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid state business license or reseller permit
• Operate a licensed retail store or wholesale business
• Not be purchasing products for personal use or retail resale to individuals

Individual retail orders are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. ORDERS AND PRICING

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply. Details are provided in our Wholesale Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Order confirmations are sent via email and do not constitute a binding contract until shipment.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Resell or transfer products to individuals under 21 years of age
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Provide false information about your business credentials or identity
• Resell products in states or jurisdictions where vapor products are prohibited or restricted
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape any content from the Site

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards and ACH bank transfers where available. Your bank/credit card statement will display the charge as grabvape.com. All purchases are one-time transactions — no automatic renewals or subscriptions.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Chase Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. PROHIBITION ON SALE TO MINORS

You expressly agree not to sell, transfer, or otherwise provide products purchased from Grabvape.com to any person under the age of 21. Violation of this provision may result in immediate account termination and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
