WHOLESALE POLICY
TWO WAYS TO BUY
Grabvape.com sells in two layers: retail by the piece and wholesale by the case. Anyone 21 or older can shop retail without an account. Case pricing, buyer qualifications, and the $200 minimum apply only after your wholesale application is approved. This page explains both ways to buy.
RETAIL
Retail is open to shoppers 21 and older. No wholesale account is required.
- No registration required — browse and check out as a guest, or create an account if you prefer.
- Buy by the piece — add individual units to your cart at the listed retail price.
- No order minimum — there is no $200 MOQ on retail orders. A single unit is enough.

1. BUYER QUALIFICATIONS
The following requirements apply only to wholesale (case) buyers. Retail shoppers do not need licenses or a physical storefront. To purchase at wholesale case pricing, you must meet all of the following:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid state business license for the state in which you operate
- Hold a valid tobacco/vapor retailer permit or reseller certificate where required by your state
- Operate a licensed physical retail location or wholesale business
- Not be on any state or federal prohibited buyer lists
Wholesale accounts found violating these qualification rules will be terminated. Retail personal-use purchases by the piece remain available to eligible shoppers 21+.

2. HOW TO OPEN A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
Follow these four steps to get approved for wholesale case pricing. Retail checkout does not require this process.
STEP 1 — REGISTER
Create an account on Grabvape.com using your business email address. Personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are accepted during registration but a business email is preferred.
STEP 2 — SUBMIT CREDENTIALS
Email copies of the following documents to info@grabvape.com:
- State business license (current, not expired)
- Tobacco or vapor retailer permit (if applicable in your state)
- Reseller/sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable)
STEP 3 — VERIFICATION
Our team reviews your credentials within 1–2 business days. We may contact you for additional information. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional documentation is required.
STEP 4 — PLACE YOUR WHOLESALE ORDER
Once approved, log in to your account and browse our product catalog. Add items by the case and proceed to checkout. Your account status and wholesale pricing tier will be reflected automatically.

3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
- A minimum order value of $200 USD applies to wholesale (case) orders only. Retail orders have no minimum.
- Certain wholesale product categories may have individual case minimums (e.g., 1 full case per SKU).
- Wholesale orders below the minimum order value will not be processed. Contact us if you have questions about specific products or quantities.

4. PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Charges will appear on your statement as STORMCHASER*VAPE. All purchases are one-time transactions — no subscriptions.
- ACH / Bank Transfer: Available for approved wholesale accounts with established order history. Contact us to set up ACH terms.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
- Net-30 or other credit terms are not available for new wholesale accounts.
5. SHIPPING
- Small to mid-size orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground (3–7 business days).
- Large bulk orders (150+ lbs / multiple pallets) ship via LTL freight carriers. Freight quotes will be provided before shipment.
- All shipments originate from our warehouse in Irving, Texas.

6. IMPORTANT DECLARATIONS
- This platform sells in two layers: retail by the piece (no account, no minimum) and wholesale by the case (approved buyers only).
- All buyers must be 21 years of age or older to access and purchase from this site.
- By placing a wholesale order, you certify that you hold all required licenses and permits to purchase and resell vapor products in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to resell products to anyone under the age of 21 or in violation of applicable state and federal law.
- Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
