SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed on Grabvape.com by licensed B2B buyers. We ship from our warehouse in Irving, Texas. Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship to all 50 US states where vapor and nicotine products may be legally sold and distributed. We do not ship internationally. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with all applicable state and local laws at the destination.
Note: Certain states have restrictions on vapor product shipments (e.g., Utah, Massachusetts, New Jersey). Orders to restricted jurisdictions may be cancelled. See our Compliance page for details.
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Large bulk orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order requires more than 2 business days to process.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
4. BULK ORDER SHIPPING
Orders that exceed standard parcel thresholds (typically over 150 lbs or multiple pallets) will be shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. For bulk orders:
- A freight quote will be provided before shipment confirmation.
- Delivery appointment scheduling may be required — our team will coordinate with you.
- A liftgate service fee may apply if the delivery location does not have a loading dock.
- Freight orders require a business address; residential delivery may incur additional charges.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders meeting specific thresholds — see current promotions for details.
6. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. For LTL freight orders, tracking information and delivery appointment details will be provided separately.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@grabvape.com. Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for carrier claims. For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
