WHOLESALE POLICY
HOW TO ORDER
Grabvape.com operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale platform. We do not accept individual retail orders. All purchases must be made by licensed commercial buyers who meet our qualification requirements. This page outlines who can buy from us, how to get started, and the rules that govern our wholesale relationship.
1. BUYER QUALIFICATIONS
To purchase from Grabvape.com, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid state business license for the state in which you operate
- Hold a valid tobacco/vapor retailer permit or reseller certificate where required by your state
- Operate a licensed physical retail location or wholesale business
- Not be on any state or federal prohibited buyer lists
We do not sell to individuals. Purchasing for personal use is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating this policy will be immediately terminated.
2. HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Follow these four steps to get approved and start ordering:
STEP 1 — REGISTER
Create an account on Grabvape.com using your business email address. Personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are accepted during registration but a business email is preferred.
STEP 2 — SUBMIT CREDENTIALS
Email copies of the following documents to info@grabvape.com:
- State business license (current, not expired)
- Tobacco or vapor retailer permit (if applicable in your state)
- Reseller/sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable)
STEP 3 — VERIFICATION
Our team reviews your credentials within 1–2 business days. We may contact you for additional information. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional documentation is required.
STEP 4 — PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once approved, log in to your account and browse our product catalog. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your account status and pricing tier will be reflected automatically.
3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
- A minimum order value of $200 USD applies to all wholesale orders.
- Certain product categories may have individual case minimums (e.g., 1 full case per SKU).
- Orders below the minimum order value will not be processed. Contact us if you have questions about specific products or quantities.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Charges will appear on your statement as grabvape.com. All purchases are one-time transactions — no subscriptions.
- ACH / Bank Transfer: Available for approved accounts with established order history. Contact us to set up ACH terms.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
- Net-30 or other credit terms are not available for new accounts.
5. SHIPPING
- Small to mid-size orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground (3–7 business days).
- Large bulk orders (150+ lbs / multiple pallets) ship via LTL freight carriers. Freight quotes will be provided before shipment.
- All shipments originate from our warehouse in Irving, Texas.

6. IMPORTANT DECLARATIONS
- This platform is 100% wholesale only. Individual consumer orders are not accepted under any circumstances.
- All buyers must be 21 years of age or older to access and purchase from this site.
- By placing an order, you certify that you hold all required licenses and permits to purchase and resell vapor products in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to resell products to anyone under the age of 21 or in violation of applicable state and federal law.
- Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
