RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to wholesale orders placed on Grabvape.com by licensed B2B buyers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. All sales are subject to these terms.

For bulk wholesale orders (orders exceeding $2,000 USD or 50+ units):

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Step 1: Email info@grabvape.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or denial.
  3. Step 3: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Step 4: Ship the items securely to our facility. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
