RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to wholesale orders placed on Grabvape.com by licensed B2B buyers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. All sales are subject to these terms.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Products are in their original, unopened packaging
- Products have not been used, altered, or damaged after receipt
- Products are not from categories marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at time of purchase
- The return is accompanied by the original order number and proof of purchase
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer
- Clearance, liquidation, or discontinued items marked Final Sale
- Products ordered in error due to incorrect information provided by the buyer
- Custom or special-order products
3. BULK ORDER SPECIAL RULES
For bulk wholesale orders (orders exceeding $2,000 USD or 50+ units):
- Partial returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Return shipping for bulk orders is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product)
- Partial returns must include at minimum one full case/carton (no partial cases)
- All returns must be pre-approved — do not ship returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Step 1: Email info@grabvape.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or denial.
- Step 3: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 4: Ship the items securely to our facility. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
5. REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.
- We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
